Hi,
I'm based in the Midlands, we're after a new bathroom suite and en suite.
The main bathroom is approx. 3.5m x 2.0m, we've been quoted for a 800mm wide bath, toilet and baisen and some wooden units along the bottom (2m wide including bath and baisen and toilet. Tiling 1/2 way up the wall, no flooring and a elctric shower with the remote bit in the loft.
The en-suite is tiny, new shower tray and door (3 of 4 sides are wall), new toilet, and sink and a wooden unit, and a power shower of our hot water tank, tiling 1/2 way up the walls (floor to ceiling tiles in the shower).
Also to re skim the ceiling to get rid of artex in both rooms and new ceiling lights.
Nothingis to be re positioned - weve been verbally quoted around £11.5k, approx half is labour - Does this sound fair or can anyone suggest a reliable tradesperson in my area?
Thanks a lot
Darren

What is the fitter supplying, and what spec?

Hi,
He's quoted to supply everything, not sure of the spec though?
Cheers

For a mid-range bathroom and ensuite, the price does not seem too high...For a budget suite, it is probably too expensive.
I have sent you a PM.
I would recommend you get a few written quotes though detailing the specification of what is included, and what is not included within the price.0
