Selling a block of kitchen knives at car boot?

Hi there,

We're having a bit of a clear out and we've got a block of kitchen knives to get rid of. We're going to be doing a car boot sale in a couple of weeks, but does anyone know of any rules and regs covering the sale of kitchen knives at car boots. Obviously, we wouldn't sell to anyone under 16............. but other than that?

usually that is ok but you need to check with the local council what their specific guidelines are. usually they'll have a car boot section of their website if you google them.

Shouldn't be any problem. This sort of item is common at car boot sales.
