Old-think I might wear my Nan's crucifix (she died February last year), not sure though because as beautiful as it is and how much my Mum would love the gesture it will just be another thing to set me off on the day, still all very emotional.
New-asked my H2B to sort that

Birdie thanks for the comment on the dress (it wasn't very MSE I'm afraid, but at least I get to wear it twice) - your shoes are lovely - I love blue things - it's my favourite colour. There is no way I'd be able to walk in those though - I'm definitely a flats girl. Will see if I can find a link to my wedding shoes (bare in mind that I'm getting married on a beach in Jamaica). They were a bargainous £10 from George at Asda.
Will have to see if my sister has any jewellery that I can borrow for the wedding. I want to get some chandelier earrings and a necklace to match, to add to the Grecian feel.
Keep the ideas coming - I love looking at what everyone else is getting.

Old - a gold bracelet I inherited from my aunt when she died, and my garter which is made from fabric from my mum's wedding dress & the dress worn by her bridesmaid (my aunt / godmother)
New - my dress & my new hubbie!
Borrowed - I'm borrowing a locket that was my mother's from my brother who inherited it when she died
Blue - fabric in garter from my mum's bridesmaid's dress, plus a blue ribbon stitched into my dress0
