Foreign Exchange charges on PNB current Account

Hi
I have come across Punjab National Bank Current Account which says nominal charges for foreign transactions.The website doesn't state any exact charges .

I wonder if anyone has got info on this as nationwide is about to block the cash cards for transactions outside UK.

If they won't reply to a query from a potential customer. I wouldn't hold out any hope for customer service once you are a customer. I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial bargepole.0
