My Desktop Computer wont boot up, it is running XP Pro.

It wont also start in safe mode.

Did anything unusual happen before this started? Did you shut it down properly? Does safe mode with command prompt work?!!

The 'no input signal' is the monitor telling you the pc has turned off. If windows is set to reboot on error this may be what is happening. It could also be thermal cut out on a critical componant, such as cpu.
If you have a winxp disk then boot up on that and if all ok then there may be a critical error causing the reboot. The auto reboot can be turned off but you need the system working to change this. You may have to reinstall winxp but that would be last resortNudge nudge, Wink wink, Say No More!0 -

On selecting any of the safe mode option a page full of message saying:-
Multi (0) disc (0) partition\windows system 32\drivers\ then a load of diferent letters0 -
Have you tried booting off a cd disk? try ubuntu cd if you dont have windows xp cd
I doubt a graphics problem, but if it is a hardware problem then booting off a cd will at least tell you iff it is the hard drive or some other componant. If it is an error on the hard drive then you will need to reinstall windows xp.Nudge nudge, Wink wink, Say No More!0 -
If it is an error on the hard drive you may be able to fix it by running chkdsk (check disk)
from the windows xp cd disk
