Alliance and Leicester - Is it still under separate registration

Does anyone know if Alliance and Leicester is still under separate registration from Santander? I thought I read somewhere that they were merging for reg purposes with Abbey,Bradford and Bingley,and Cahoot. Thanks folks!:(

They are separate at present but that is due to change later this month.
