Can you reclaim repayment cover back?

Options
Recently my sister came to me with a GE card debt, Debenhams. She has incurred late fees which I know she can reclaim but can she also reclaim for the repayment protection she has been paying for all these years? She was never eligible for this cover(unemployed) anyway so I'm guessing she may have been missold on that score. She has since cancelled the extra charge for the cover but is there a chance she could get any back?
Worth a letter anyway I'm sure but if anyone has any firm experience here I'd appreciate any ideas?

I'd go with no on that one, as you are given 6o days to read the terms and cancel it if it does not apply to you.

They are awful to try and cancel cover with too - so I'd check it's definitely cancelled. My mum has sent two letters and called several times and it still gets charged when she uses her card.
