Claiming back bank charges

Hi
I am new to this and have been reading up on claiming bank charges back, I have received back from the Woolwich bank today charges i have paid over the last six years, but i dont know what to do now, could someone help me in telling me what i have to do next.
Charges add up to nearly £7500.

Do you mean you have received the money back, as you said "I have received back from the Woolwich bank today charges I have paid over the last six years" in which case you don't need to do anything more, or do you mean as I suspect that you have received details of the charges incurred, in which case read the MSE article about reclaiming unfair bank charges and visit The Consumer Action GroupIf you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.
