    I think this is a site that is trying to build a database of gardeners - to sell on.

    I believe that anti-scamming activists fill in the false names, given address and emails of notorious criminal scammers. Databases aren't sellable if they are full of people like 'Crown Prince such and such', and the ' Reverend so and so' with addresses in African countries and emails that don't exist anymore.
