Hi
Having problems with one of our TV's. It is a Ferguson and about a year old. Basically the TV seems as though it is zoomed in and we cannot change it.
Example of what i mean is that the heads of people are cut off, the bottom of the TV is also the same. If you bring up the Digital TV guide you can only see the top item, not the bottom one, if you see what i mean.
We have entered picture set up and gone through all the options, panaromic etc but still the same problems all the time. Every now and again it will sort itself out but only a couple of times.
Any ideas? Thanks all

Not much help, but ours is doing the same. But it seems to sort itself out after it's been on for a while....
Sorry it's no help, but I'd be interested to hear if anyone can solve it...0 -
Mine sorted itself out after it had been on for a while but now it wont sort itself out at all, even when it is on for hours and hours. Looks like its going to have to go back for repair.0

Have you tried pressing the 16:9 button (aspect ratio)? this changes it between 16:9,widescreen, and 4:3, normalDon`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0

Yes, entered the picture options and tried all of them, 16.9, Auto, Panoramic, Zoom, Subtitle, Auto and Cinema, problem just doesnt want to go. I dont have a 4.3 button though as far as i am aware.0
