I have now finished my Beauty Bible trials and this was the product they sent me as a new wonder anti aging product.
I am really pleased to say that this product has made a huge difference to my skin, especially the firming around the jaw area and best of all I haven't reacted to it as it has no nasties in it:T
Beauty junkie that I am I have been using the snail gel from the other thread on here and less of the Age Defy and after a couple of days I can see a loss of tone, so I've ordered some more now but still have enough left to get me through (I cracked open the tube it came in;)) the product also doesn't make my make up slide off and for those fake tan girls out there it dosen't strip that either:)
My only problem with this product was ordering it, I had to leave a message on the number I got from the website, the owner of the company called me back and I was able to order that way, I had a good chat with her about the product, she was lovely and very knowledgeable about other products that contain mineral oil etc, I mentioned to her that the site needed updating and she explained to me that they are a small company building themselves up and she assured me that the site is being upgraded shortly, you can still get lots of info on there though so heres the link if anyone is interested

As you can see its bogof atm so I think compared to other non mineral oil brands thats pretty good value and it actually works:beer:
There is no excuse for such a shabby website either, they are dead cheap to set up and it costs nothing to abide by Direct Selling Regs. An address to return goods should be there and her returns policy stated, also an email address would be more professional.
She should have had all that in place before she set up a Merchant Account.0 -
Well it won't work for me as I've been waiting over three weeks for her to send it, Can't be bothered waiting any longer so have cancelled order.

Sadly I have to agree with this and was actually going to post the same thing, I've had a huge problem with delivery and confusion on how to pay, I too have been waiting for my product and having run out totally had to buy an alternative so wont be proceeding with my order at the moment:(Its such a shame as the product is truely excellent, I really hope they get things sorted.
Mutter, if you want to talk to the owner leave a message on the number on the site and she should get back to you also I gave her my email address and she has emailed me a couple of times, I dont think they have a merchant account at all which is part of the problem, she has told me several times that the site is being redone, I feel to do it for her myself even with my limited kowledge, very frustrating and again, a real shame:(Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
Thanks glowgirl, I actually used the 0800 number to cancel my order. She must have a merchant account as I paid with credit card as always on the net.
To be honest, had she told me before I gave all my details, that delivery would be up to two weeks and not after, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.0 -

Its stuff like this that annoys me because I was told they were unable to accept credit/debit cards even though she took my card details over the phone (it wasnt used) having given my details I presumed payment would be taken and the product sent, however they were waiting for me to send a cheque, I dont even think I have a cheque book anymore - I really miss the roll eyes and confused smileys:D
edit - just wanted to add, Mutter, sorry you didnt get to try the product:(Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0
