EDF Dual Fuel Pre Payment Refund-Unexpected
Apologies if this has been raised before.
We are dual fuel users on EDF on a prepayment meter and have been for a two or three years.
This morning we received a letter from them explaining we had not been receiving the discount on each anniversary date, and have credited us with £35 on our gas card.
We would have had no idea we hadn't been receiving it on our anniversary date each year until letter arrived today.
So a heads up, just in case anyone else is in a similar position of ignorant bliss, and EDF may not have realised they hadn't been applying the discount to your account-May be worth giving them a ring to enquire if you think you may be in that position.
