furniture seller wont refund me cost of repairs

probably about more than 2 months ago i bought 3 furniture items from an ebay seller, had his own shop and is based in ireland. He sells cheap imitation furniture ie like next dakota range, i bought a sideboard, mirror and 8 drawer trunk.
I was reasonably pleased with finish of the furniture for what i paid and it was half the next price.
The problem was the sideboard, these things are made cheaply abroad, the drawers were catching the cupboard doors and vice versa, all in all the doors and drawers were a nuicance to open and close.
The seller was good with emails etc and said if i got someone to fix the furniture he would refund me, he even sent me a stain out to touch up the bare wood. I then got a joiner to fix the problems and it cost me £30 and now all i get is excuses why he is too busy and will refund me soon. Looks like he has no intention of sending me a refund.
Now my next problem is i was intending to leave very bad feedback for the 3 items he sold me, but as time has passed the 3 items have dissapeared from the items i won and need to leave feedback for.
Should i report this guy to ebay and how do i go about leaving bad feedback for him?
what is the best thing i can do?

There's no sense leaving malicious feedback if only one of the pieces was poor quality. 3 negs will only count as one anyway.
How long has it been since you bought the items? My TV is broken!

it has been 3 months, date 13th april i paid for goods by visa credit card by calling up the company and paying over the phone. goods arrived beginning of may.
can the credit card company do anything.
i never said malicious, i would be honest with feedback, who needs to lie when someone is as dishonest as this.0 -
There is a chance you can still leave feedback using the feedback forum page. You can search for the item numbers there if they don't appear.
I doubt your credit card people would take this seriously as this has been going on so long.
What I meant by malicious is that you sound like you want to leave three negs. 'intending to leave very bad feedback' Why? You've said that two of them were ok, and a good price.
I would be inclined to leave feedback for the two that were ok... and make it relevant to those items, not reflective of your bitterness about the sideboard. Follow them up with an email to the seller; tell him you're running out of time to leave feedback for the sideboard, and obviously you'd like to resolve the situation so that you can leave appropriate feedback. Don't threaten a neg, don't make it any more sinister - see if it makes him buck his act up.
If, on the other hand, you've run out of time to leave feedback, I'd say you're out of options... short of persuading the seller to help you.My TV is broken!

Step back one second. Did you put this furniture together yourself?0

no it arrived fully assembled and all items were delivered on a pallet which was well protected, its not damage, just cheap foreign workmanship.0
