Hardening off

How to? is my question as i think soon the tomatoes will have to go out ! :)

    they go outside during the day to acclimatise for about a week.

    after a week or so leave them overnight and see what they look like the next day. just keep looking out and checking out on them.

    yep, just about to post back as I've just seen frost forecast for my bit of the southeast on monday. This winter is NEVER ending.

    Ahh we always have a frost about mind to late May, often early June. I hear people complaining about it all the time this year, but it's not that different to other years now. Spring was a little late starting though.

    You'll know if it's too cold as the tom leaves will turn blue if they catch a chill

    mine were out all night last night as i forgot to put them away but they look alright,hopefully ive not done anything to them because of this
