problem with putting video onto ipod nano

I have done this before but not for ages and have a problem.
I have a dvd which i have put onto pc using dvd decrypter then am using Videora to put onto i pod. However after using dvd decrypter I have 3 vob files but videora will only le choose one. I dont recall last time that my ipod movie was in seperate parts so what do I do to end up with just one vob file or will i do the process 3 times?
