blank window pls help.

im having problem accessing certain sites from quidco (cash back site) whenever i click visit the retailer button, a blank windows appear with click (GIF image) written. the same with topcashback. any ideas will be honour.

I'm prepared to bet you 1p :j that you have Kaspersky Internet Security on your PC!

If so, double click on the red K in the information area, select Settings at the top right, then in the list select Anti-Banner, then remove the tick from "Enable Anti-Banner". This should work to remove your problem - but the downside is that you get lots more banner advertisements.

yes, i do have kaspersky and followed what you said, lo and behold it worked! :D:D i even wrote to quidco and they told me to do stuff which didnt help. anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN GRAY!!! :kisses3:
