Bicester Village Cayman Islands Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. The prize (the “Prize”) consists of:
   1. A total of seven (7) nights’ accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis for two (2) people sharing at the Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa, Grand Cayman.
   2. Two (2) transatlantic economy class flights from London Heathrow to the Cayman Islands either direct or via Miami. Where necessary, international or UK domestic flights connecting to the prize flights at London Heathrow are at the winner’s expense.
   3. Local airport transfers in the Cayman Islands. UK airport transfers are not included.
   4. Three excursions to be chosen by the winner from the following options:

• A 20 minute helicopter trip (two places)
• Stingray City snorkel trip (two places)
• PADI Resort Course for two
• Atlantis Submarine trip (two places)
• Day trip for two to Cayman Brac or Little Cayman
• Entry for two people to Grand Cayman’s main attractions: Pedro St James, Boatswain’s Beach and Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park

2.The Prize must be taken before 14th June 2011.
3.The Prize is subject to availability (excluding Christmas and Easter holiday periods) and will be booked based on the first requested departure date, or nearest alternative.
4.The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-combinable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. The Prize must not be sold or auctioned.

5.The Prize for both people must be taken together. If the winner does not choose an accompanying travel partner the other ticket will be forfeited.
6.The winner will be determined by way of a prize draw by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (“VRM”).
7.No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
8.Entries will be accepted from Friday 30th 2010 until June 11th 2010.
9.The prize draw may be entered online at www.bicestervillage.com or by completing a competition entry card in any of the Bicester Village boutiques.
10. The prize draw will take place during the week commencing 14th June 2010. The winner will be notified in writing by post or by email no later than Friday 18th June 2010.
11. The prize draw is run by VRM, whose decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entries are not permitted from employees of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (“CIDOT”), employees of any store at Bicester Village, employees of VRM or any of its associated companies and their families, households, partners and agents. The prize draw is open to entrants over the age of 18 only. When contacted the winner must provide proof of age. One entry per person/email address. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.
13. All costs other than those stated herein are to be met by the winner including any ancillary travel arrangements, additional meals, gratuities or service charges. Travel insurance, visas, taxes and valid passports are the responsibility of the winner.

14. Once booked and confirmed any alterations or cancellations will be at the winner's expense.

15. The CIDOT, VRM, its associated companies and their officers and employees shall not accept any responsibility for any claim, demand or loss however arising that may result from participation in this prize draw.

16. VRM makes no warranties regarding the Prize which is provided by a third party (including but not limited to the quality thereof).

17. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including, but not limited to, by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at VRM’s servers or elsewhere. VRM in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Website.

18. If due to circumstances outside VRM’s control or if VRM deems it necessary to suspend or cancel the prize draw, VRM reserves the right to do so, without incurring any liability to any entrant into this prize draw.

19. Every effort will be made to supply the Prize but in the event that this is not possible an equivalent prize will be offered, which will be selected at VRM’s sole discretion.

20. VRM may wish to use the winner’s name for editorial or publicity purposes and it is a condition of entry to this prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.

21. By entering this prize draw you expressly accept these terms and conditions and agree that we can use the personal information you have supplied to provide you with information regarding offers, special promotions and other events, which we may consider to be of interest to you.

22. These terms and conditions and the operation of the prize draw including any non-contractual obligations, shall be subject to the laws of England and all entrants into this prize draw irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
