Orange Mobile Contract- NOT RECORDING on Credit Report

Hi,

I need some help...

I have a mobile contract with ORANGE since September 2009- the problem is that they haven't been recording my payment performance on my report, and i've been paying by direct debit ever since.

I've asked Orange to start recording my account with the three reference agencies, and they've done it, but they can't backdate it...

I applied for some credit with Argos, and they declined my application because of 'lack of repayment' history...

I've explained this to Orange- and they won't listen. They can't add my repayment history to my report...

What can I do now??
