I recieved a cd set on Monday, but it had been smashed up in transit, so I went through the returns precedure and I got my new set Wednesday! I was really impressed - they did not wait for me to return the items (which were free to do so as I pronted off the returns slip on the Internet).

Thats not Carlton Palmer on your avatar, is it?I wonder why it is, that young men are always cautioned against bad girls. Anyone can handle a bad girl. It's the good girls men should be warned against.-David Niven0

Amazon are very good regarding replacements,my wife ordered a medical book which cost £98, it was delivered whilst we were away, however the clown of a postie placed it into the paper recycling bin the day it was due for collection. needless to say away it went.
We contacted Amazon and explained the predicament and within a few days a relacement arrived.
Lodged a claim with the post office and all they were prepared to give was £28. So a good result all round.0
