How do I deal with offers to BIN?

I've been asked by two potential buyers if I'd add a buy it now to my listing and how much I'd want, but I've got bids on it already, so I can't. What should I reply?

I think your only options are to relist as a BIN, or to let it run.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
I usually just email back (via ebay messages) and say that as I have bids on my items adding a BIN is no longer an option, but thank them for their interest.

It is up to you what you do, but people who ask these questions usually want the item "for a gift on a birthday that is too soon to wait for the auction end" and this is because they are trying to get a bargain I would leave it til the end if I was you! Unless they offer you a price you can't refuse!!!
