    i just ordered 1 sat nav and it went through with no probs, even though the website was a bit slow. Got my confirmation email and there is only 1 order number on there

    Unfortunately did NOT work - service unavailable AFTER card verification, and no confirmation e-mail either. Without this, I think it's going to be very difficult to get a refund, and have high doubts they'll honour this anyway (I'm kicking myself for trying in the first place...)

    Went through first time. Did get "service unavailable" after putting in cc verification number but just refreshed the page a few times (note NOT re-entering details) and confirmation came through with order number etc and e-mail confirming order.
    Bought one of each, with code came in at £14 - great if they haven't run out of stock.

    Have you checked your bank? Just to make sure they've not double/triple charged you?

    If you didn't get a confirmation email why do you thinkyou'll grt charged?

    Well I just tried to order the sat nav, it went through all the stages of payment, I entered the verified by visa password, and clicked to confirm and it went straight to the error message page, after refreshing a couple of times it went back to the 'enter your card details page, there's no way I'm entering them again! so, no e-mail, no idea if my order worked or not.

    I'm with Orange for my mobile and their website is always slow. I paid my bill online last month, or at least I thought I did, I only found the payment hadn't gone through when they cut me off!! :mad:

    Still working...b/f just ordered too

    Had a couple of problems except 'service unavailable' a couple of times when trying to checkout and had to go back 2 or 3 times but checkout worked fine and he has had confirmation email

    Well I got an order in but also tried last night at 12.30am and I think they had all gone by then...not very optimistic about this...but worth a pop I guess.
