I've just discovered that payment has been taken 3 times and no order confirmation emails. Looks like their customer service number will be busy on Monday (if it exists). Has anyone used this company before?

Ok, I'm postulating, but because it said "service unavailable" AFTER card verification, and when I log into online banking "credit available" has now decreased by £16 I'm thinking they've charged. Whether it gets drawn on or just remains earmarked remains to be seen.

I called them up and asked as my account was showing some cash down. They said that they wouldn't take payment, and this ringfencing of the money would end on Monday when the card issuer got round to it.

Basically meaning the first 50 customers or so will get the items they order and the rest will all get their money back . I suspect they will be regretting the day the offer was posted on MMT :rotfl:

When you say you called them up do you mean orangeaccessories or your bank?

Thanks for this followed your advice, did get service unavailable but refreshed about 3 times now got thankyou for your order with order no still waiting for email. Also called the cc company and only £10 been taken for sat nav. Code didnt't work maybe spend was too low ?. CC company said if you do notice duplicate trans for same item you can contact them and they will take it up on your behalf good to know.

I trieds to order and got service unavailable at the end of the payment screens. I rang up Orange Accessories and the chap said all their stock of the sat navs was allocated already this morning

Hope this helps other people.
