Transmitting music from ipod touch to car radio

I bought my wife an ipod touch last year. Since then she has put the best part of 300 albums onto it. What would be useful is if she could listen to this in the car, via the car's radio. This means we could empty the car out of CDs.
I have seen a few such devices that attach to the ipod touch and transmit the music, which is then picked up by the cars FM radio and can be played at a decent volume.
Something like this for example:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/TeckNet-MT-096-Transmitter-iPhone-Player/dp/B001F32OKK/ref=pd_cp_ce_1
Are they any good ? My concern is the ipod touch is inside the car, the antenna is on the roof, with a lot of metal between the two. There also seems to be a huge range of prices (from £5 up to £70) - do you get what you pay for or can you get away with a cheaper one such as the £10 one I have above? Anything else I should be aware of?
(Its intended to transmit a 2G ipod touch to a standard fit Vauxhall Zafira radio if thats relevant!)
All advice gratefully received.

Yep good little FM transmitter for around a fiver, offering a stereo signal is all you need, I have one that plugs into the cig lighter console, and has a remote control to change tracks or alter volume, cost me £7:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

My oh spent about £70 on a belkin one which he got hacked off with because it didnt transmit clearly enough for his tastes - a bit of research online will probably tell you if the specific car seems to be ok with them, his didnt (its an Astra) whereas the same transmitter works perfectly in my car (Fiesta).
Maybe see if you can pick up a cheap battery one first (I've seen them in the likes of Homebargains for a couple of quid) which would at least indicate if there's likely to be enough signal to make it worthwhile spending a bit more on a decent one? It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
