Lol... who is he? I am only asking as when I had problems with BT I emailed the boss and it was sorted within a day, did the same with First Buses and their CE for my Father when they were arsing him about with his sick pay.0

All banks have to have an official complaints procedure and are obliged to give you a copy of it. If not, write a letter headed Complaint, keep a copy, preferably send it recorded delivery or deliver it yourself. They have a set timescale to reply and either respond appropriately or send you a deadlock letter ie they won't budge. Then you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombusdman, and stand a better chance of success.0

BTW, the gentleman referred to earlier is the Chief Executive.

And thanks

If you do not make a habit of going overdrawn then I would suggest that you log onto your internet banking email them through that. They normally get back to you the same or next working day. If you have a history of going overdrawn then you may have to argue your case in the branch.Money is a wise mans religion0 -

HSBC charge £25 everytime you use your account which will lead you into (or more) an unauthorised overdraft.
You most probably used your account 3 times leading you into unauthorised overdraft.
I hope whoever you contact refuses as it is in the T&Cs, all you had to do was read them.0
