Fujitsu's HandyDrives have a compact and attractive aluminum disk enclosure. The disk enclosure is extremely robust and it also protects the built-in HDD against minor shocks and vibrations.
The small dimensions and a light weight of less than 200g are standing for the high mobility of the HandyDrives to an ideal and very mobile.
Available capacities offer satisfying space also for storage intensive applications. The power is supplied via the USB 2.0 interface.
The HandyDrives can be connected and disconnected even if the computer system is in operation (Hot plug & play). The easiest handling and the convincing performance are taking care for the HandyDrives can be used ideally to transport data, to exchange data, to save data, but also to run applications directly from it

Not really.
I have come across some at less than half the price & thought I would get one & maybe sell it on...
I have a 16gb flash but dont even know if the above is any good for others or is being phased out because no one buys them...Not Again0 -
Why not just get a cheaper one? You can get a 400-500GB portable 2.5" drive for that price.!!

Yes.
You can get 160GB cheaply anyway, not much of a bargain, and not a great deal of demand for them when you can get bigger drives for not much more. All depends on the price which you didn't specify. If you are selling them for a fiver, I'll have one, at £30 it's borderline, and depends if you have someone you can offload to.

Hard disks are better than flash drives for backup!!
