hi i have a three week old iphone 32gb 3gs and following sky news app update will not switch on or not recognised by itunes any ideas how i can get it working again

Thank goodness you have been syncing your phone. I found a podcast on iTunes called jargon free help that covers all sorts of things like this, there is a focus on the iphone and app of the week.
