I have 3 times now ordered 2 items from boohoo.com and just before delivery had a message saying one of the items is not available - so being keen to get the item have gone back on the website and the item says "more than 10 available" (literally the day after) and I am able to order again ...but obviously have then had to pay delivery on each item seperately - is this normal or is this just a scam to get the cost of postage out of customers for each individual item?? I emailed customer services and asked for a free delivery code last time as I was a bit fed up of it but was told I could have my postage refunded instead if I gave the item number - I did this but have never received a refund not a happy bunny! Anyone else had this happen!?

We have received this response from Boohoo.com:

“I am sorry that the stock has not been available when you have gone to place your order, but please be assured that this is not a scam as our stock levels can change all the time and the site is updated daily with new or re-ordered stock. Customer Services do not have the ability to offer a free delivery code, which is why we would have asked for the next order number if we have agreed something specific with you. Please accept our apologies for any frustration caused.”
