Hi MSE,
What happens if a tenant rents a property that does not allow housing benefit due to it invalidating the landlords insurance, then during the tenancy the tenant needs to claim housing benefit to meet basic living costs.
Where do both parties stand? - does the landlords insurance become invalidated? - can the landlord evict the tenant? what rights does the tenant/landlord have?
Basically i am after any information on the subject!
Cheers
