It was the cheapest policy when I shopped around and they are just such nice people.
I had to make a claim and they dealt with it really efficiently. The people on the phone always sound intelligent and human. They decided to write off my car because it was too expensive to repair and somebody went through all my options with me over the phone very patiently, informatively and helpfully. They gave me a very fair settlement and when I dozily lost the cheque they reissued a new one with no hassle. Most importantly they seem genuinely nice, courteous people without a script who are always helpful in a non call centre type way.
