    his mum claimed cb but i was awarded it yesterday and so i will be claiming from now on thats why i would like to know as much as i can about benefits...she won't pay anything

    hsave also found out she claimed ctc & wtc as a single mum for 5 years to the tune of £500...will she get into trouble?

    If she was a single parent for those 5 years, she was entitled to ctc & wtc. Therefore, she won't get into trouble.

    i left her for 2 months but then came back...will it affect me as well?....her sister told me on monday...first i knew...money went into her bank account not the joint one

    Was she single when she claimed? Although I wouldn't worry yourself about her. You could still apply for child support through the CSA and if they managed to sort something out, it would be a bonus.

    You might ...so depending on your income once you get Child Tax and along with your wages this can entitle you to some help and in most cases all of it, you need to contact your local council
