Simply Switch Amazon Link not working

Hi,

Has anyone had a similar problem ? The simply switch amazon link doesn't work for me. It takes me to the simply switch page and after i press continue nothing happens. The page goes blank ...

Tried with different browsers :( nothing happens.

    You're correct. The link after you press 'continue' appears to be broken currently.
