Tesco Credit card fraud

Over six months ago I spotted fraud on my card I rang tesco to inform them and asked them to stop the card, the next month there was another transaction on the card so I rung again and was told someone would call back, but no one did. Next statement had a transaction on it so rang again and they stopped the card. Its been over six month since I’ve heard anything and when I spoke to them today they have said because my email matched up with the transactions its not fraud. Can they do this? Is there anywhere I can do?
Thanks

Were these online transactions then? were they for goods or services?

Your card company should be able to tell you whether the 3digit code from the back of the card was used. Do you have a verified by visa password? if so ask them if that was used or reset.

Does anyone have access to your email account? have you looked through your emails to see there is no record of anything odd there (password resets you didn't ask for etc).

You could try contacting the websites the purchases were made on to see if they have an account with your email address. And if goods were delivered what address they were sent to.

Might be worth writing a letter to your card company saying that as far as you are concerned these were fraudulent transactions that you did not authorise and would like further information from them about them.
Also complain about why your card was not stopped after your first call after the first transaction.

What do you mean by fraud?

    Stuff you don't recognise?
A transaction you didn't authorise from someone you know?
    Duplicated transactions?
A transaction you authorised, but goods didn't turn up (etc)?
