Im not in a rush to sell so was gonna give it another couple weeks max. Did you order yours on online? Myhiphome?
No, I found them online www.Hipview.co.uk. The company I'm using is called PALI
I got their local office number off the website and called them direct, I did make sure though that the price online was the price I was paying!!!
I called them on tuesday they started it tues afternoon, wed morning I did the HIQ (home info Questionnaire) and yesterday a guy came round to do the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Then this morning I got a nice email saying...
The essential documents for the following property are ready and it can now be legally marketed
How quick is that then :T
Very happy with the service cant fault them, would defo recommend them

If no joy trying it yourself, i would try housesimple to get rightmove coverage, they only charge 0.5 percent, very similar to housenetwork but no upfront fee.
anyway good luck with selling your house.0
