Duravit bathrooms rubbish company and product

I bought a really expensive sink and loo from them. Loo fitted and would not stop overflowing, took them 5 weeks to send a replacement cistern.
New sink, the glaze is coming away in parts!!!! Only been fitted 5 weeks. Called them to be told if they come out and they think it's my fault they will charge £185 + vat call out. What a rubbish company with rubbish customer service. How the heck do I prove it's not my fault? It's getting little chips over it.
Don't fall for the front of the posh showroom stuff, it's cheap rubbish, with no customer service.
