AA 2yr fixed rate savings accout

In October 2009 I opened an AA 2yr fixed term as there was a loophole that allowed withdrawals. I now find that I cannot withdraw for the 2 yr term. HELP please

You will need to refer to your original T&C's they sent you - the loophole will have to be within there, or something on a letter you have received from them.
Other than that, hard to help as not sure what the loophole is.0 -
Think its 90 day interest penalty on sum withdrawn - if same as my 5 yr fix took out at the same time, Oct 09 but it should be on t&cs as sent out with your certificate as mickygg says.0
