some members advice does'nt really help does it! i set this thread up to warn other
people about kerobo, don't forget this company does a lot of cold calling and
are very convincing! people in a lot of debt look at this as an easy way out. you might be right but this does not give kerobo and other company's like them to rip people off!

I spoke to MoJ and they advise I write (sending letter by Registered Post to ensure a signature is obtained) - I should state the sequence of events and the fact ATM told me the case was closed. I spoke write the letter as if its 'an oversight' in the first instance then advise I will seek legal advice if I dont ge tthe £500 refunded... I should give them 2 weeks to respond...

Will post any updates - letter should be posted 24 May 10

FYI all - Kerobo Ltd's authorisation with the Ministry of Justice was suspended on 28/05/10. Anyone who has got a 'claim' through them should take a look at the Ministry of Justice Website (Claimsregulation.gov.uk)

Please, anyone taken in by this company (as I was) avoid at all costs. For those who have paid money to this company I would advise (as I have luckily managed to do) to reclaim your money through the small claims court which now provide an easy online service. I got my full refund plus court charges. I was 8 months pregnant and my blood pressure went through the roof after being on the phone to Kerobo and subjected to their lies for the upteenth time. They are no longer authorised as the other guest has said and its long overdue.
