There was a commons vote on a referendum on it in Feb, Gov proposed it and won by 178 votes.

Anyone else getting the impression these results are a little better for Labour than expected? Labour have narrowly kept Telford and Exeter with 5-6% swings to the Conservatives when 8-9% would have won 'em for Dave. Also, Tories are not getting any traction in Wales/Scotland and they're likely to lose some English seats narrowly because of the UKIP vote.

Tories have taken Aberconwy from Labour. 7.6 % swing.0
