A lot of months ago my wifes asus net book (12GB hard drive) was always saying the C drive was full, delete unwanted programmes etc.
It does run on the bare minimum of programmes etc. and is only used for the internet.
I did come across a download on the Asus website called shrinker which seems to have solved the issue.
My problem is when I was looking for a solution I moved a few things over to the D drive, (what an idiot) so all the icons on the desktop have 2 each, such as internet explorer, Windows live messenger etc. I recently down loaded Firefox and that has 2 icons, deleting 1 icon does not work.
Would it be simple enough to highlight everything in the D drive and send it back to the C drive to solve the problem?

Did you actually move them, or did you copy them?
How did you move them?
Dragging and dropping within the same drive moves but dragging and dropping to a different drives copies leaving the original where it was.0 -

It was over a year ago since I did it so I can't remember, I am a bit wary of highlighting them and sending them back to the C drive, what do you think?no debts0
