retaking extra semester

As a student I face the prospect of retaking certain modules and having to attend uni for an extra semester. due to family circumstances my uni fees are paid by LEA. Im wondering, in the case I have to take an extra semester ill LEA pay?
Also as i am filling in student loan form for last year, im not 100% yet if I will be at uni till Jun 07 or January 08 will I be able to get loan to cover my travel etc for the extra semester?
