i bought a w810i fone of a girl on thurs, still no sign of it. give it to today cause maybe she only got round to posting it on mon ie not able to on fri. sent her an email asking when it had been dispatched as i needed someone to sit and receive the package

went onto my ebay account after sending the email and noticed that shes give me feedback already. it was logged yesterday, some neg feedback about not rec goods but that was a while back and most people mutally agreed!

but i cnt help wondering that ive been conned, or maybe not and im terrible for thinking she would do that!??

please dont reply saying if she had ned feeback i shouldnt have bought it cuz most people have at least one from immature buyers/sellers!

agh im really panicking!?:o

If you're really that concerned why not get the seller's contact details from eBay and give the seller a call.

she just emailed me back saying "sorry for the delay, but my father was taken ill on sun, itll be dispatched tomorrow for next day delivery"

then why did she give me feedback if she hadnt even sent it??

Is she a newbie? Some sellers choose to leave feedback when the buyer has paid.

I leave feedback once the person has paid, thats the whole point of feedback, I think its silly how its become tit for tat. If the person has paid then they have kept their side of the bargain, so I will say they've paid quickly so she has probably seen uve paid and left you good feedback because you have

It's nothing to do with tit for tat... feedback is meant to be a reflection of the transaction as a whole - it's by no means complete just because they've paid. Here are some more good reasons to wait until safe receipt of goods and satisfied buyer before leaving feedback:

- Payments can bounce or be reversed after sending out the goods. You'd regret that positive you'd left if it turned out you were selling to a scammer.
- If the buyer has already received feedback, they're more likely to blunder in and leave a neg if not entirely satisfied with their goods. If you have not yet left feedback, they might think twice.

I don't do tit for tat. Once the buyer has confirmed safe receipt and that they are happy, I leave feedback.
