Hi
Have just had a stubborn scareware removed from our main pc, its a family computer with several logins - 2 out of 3 worked fine but my Mums kept saying blank page and had lost the internet/her ebay homepage.
Ive got the internet back and have been mesing about with internet settings and have now got ebay on mine and google on Mums and cant get rid of ebay on mine and put it onto Mums.
Any ideas what I need to do please?
I get very muddled with all this:o often get myself in a mess with the computer and that is the 2nd big virus/scareware takeover we have had this year - they are such a pain!
Thanks for any replies!

do a full scan with malwarebytes, and replace your existing virus scanner with something better (avast, avira or mse).
If you are infection free, browse to the webpage you want, then tools, internet options, use current homepage, apply (assuming IE)!!
