I am a dual fuel customer with EDF. 3 months ago i had a letter from them telling me that I was entitled to a massive refund of £8 something as a discount for being dual fuel. I didnt get it, and when I spoke to them on Tuesday evening, they said they'd send a cheque out.
It arrived today! Its not the amount of money, but the principle.
Nice to see an energy company willing to give you your money instead of hanging on to it!!

Yay! I once got a discount from British Gas, it was about £1.24 but again, it was just a nice thing to get.0

Always good to get something back. I switched to monthly billing where I only pay what I owe to avoid overpaying (lol). I got a discount this month of £1.04 for paying by direct debit 0
