And then when you win a holiday, you won't want to go away 'cos of all the comps you'll be missing out on or the prizes the postie is unable to deliver :rotfl::rotfl:

I am so tired/drained by entering and waiting. I have entered aprrox 250 comps since March and only won one. It was nice to get a 1KG choc bunny, which has given me hope. I have to say though everyone else seems to win loads except poor old me. It's geting a bit OTT being glued to my PC and keeping an ear out for the phone. My husband thinks I'm mad but my hopes and dreams keep me going. One day please let me win something big so I can reduce my efforts.

:eek:oh my I never thought of that one!!! Now how to tell kids there's no holiday this year:rotfl::rotfl:

If your not enjoying entering the competitions or feel guilty at how much time it's taking up, why not limit yourself to a certain time frame per day and only enter the ones you want to win-no point keeping at it if your unhappy, just a suggestion from another comp addict:)

Wow....I'd be totally 'Lost' without my comping. I do set aside a certain amount of time each day to do housework. I tend to do my comping in short blasts whenever I can....I don't feel too guilty then!;)

Since December I guess ive entered 3000 or more comps.....no joke. Since then I have won (hear the drum roll? lol) a koala and a usb stick and they havent even turned up yet DOH! I was at a point were I really had had enough and was ready to pack it in,but decided to keep at it. Lets just hope it pays off. I am really REALLY trying to keep the faith but its hard! Lets hope our comping fairy sprinkles that lucky moon dust on us less fortunate ones...Good Luck all xx

Sorry to say but some people on here enter over 250 a day and that's why they win so much. I think 1 win in 250 is quite good. Keep the faith and good luck.

Agree with Eleanor. Most of us enter far more. I enter hundreds of the bloomin' things every day/week and my wins have trickled down to just about zero! Did have some fantastic wins last year (I only started in Aug '09a and my first win was a tv, blu-ray & dvd players, cinema surround sound, etc - grand's worth of stuff easily, second win was £500 jewellery vouchers), and have had great wins this year, but not particularly expensive ones (not compared to last year).

It is difficult to keep going... you have to stop thinking about the prizes really and just develop an obsession for filling in forms :D

At the beginning, I honestly thought I could just win whatever I fancied (ipod, iphone, computer, sky+, etc, etc... and have come to realise it just ain't that easy! It's become a bit of a joke now when I get home and go 'OMG where are all my prizes?!' And I check my emails and come back downstairs flinging my hands in the air going 'OMG, I've not won ANYTHING, it must be broke!' ;)

    Good luck :D

i know only too well what you mean, when you become obsessed about the mail and taking the phones everywhere with you - you know you have it bad - i think it is getting harder purely from the increased number of entrants -chill a little- let go and let the comping fairy surprise you - often wins come in bursts then nothing for ages - just seeing the lucky winners on ive won help me keep going.

anyway comping fairy i am open to your deliveries any time so visit soon!!!:A

chin up everyone just keep going:j
