House still on EA website

We completed the purchase of our house in the middle of March, but have noticed that it is still featured on the EA's website (albeit marked SSTC).

Before I go ahead and request the agent remove it, are they entitled to advertise the fact they have sold the property for a given time?

Cheers

You may have agreed to it within your original contract but more often this refers to a sold board. Check your contract and if not agreed to then ask to remove, it's only making his site look as if hes succesful ..which in all honesty he has been, but a couple of months is quite long enough I think.

It would only matter if you are trying to sell the house again as it could cause confusion for potential viewers, especially if it is still on rightmove as well.
