underlay for ikea tundra flooring urgent

Hi
Can you please tell me if its ok to lay ikea tundra laminate flooring over carpet underlay. Its going onto a concrete floor.
Quick response needed as im off to get flooring this morning.

    Carpet underlay will give the laminate floor a bounce as it's walked on. This will make it bow and flex and the joints will become loose over time. I've seen it done but would always use a proper underlay made for laminate. The proper stuff is either a very thin foam or it may come in rigid sheets approx 3x2 feet in size.
