Hi PP, thanks for starting the thread.
This is subject to change but will help me to start thinking about what we're doing next week! Trying to use up some freezer contents so that I can take advantage of the free 2.25kg bag of Homefries voucher that I got emailed!
Monday: [STRIKE]Some kind of stir fry[/STRIKE] Sausage and mash with Jamie's Onion Gravy (YUM) and veg as I forgot we'd taken sausages out of the freezer to make room for the Homefries.
Tuesday: [STRIKE]Some kind of risotto and salad[/STRIKE] Out at the cinema (free preview) so just a Splendips for me
Wednesday: [STRIKE]2 for 1 at Revolution as we have a gig to go to (guest list!)[/STRIKE] No gig as the last 2 trains back to ours have been replaced with a bus this week that takes over twice as long! So we'll be going home and having the stir fry we were supposed to have on Monday.
Thursday:[STRIKE] 2 for 1 somewhere else as we're going to the Theatre (half price)[/STRIKE] Again, no theatre cause of the train so we'll be having the risotto from Tuesday!
Friday: Cheese and tomato flatbread from the freezer with salad and chips
Saturday: A free concert in the evening so something quick and easy - pasta maybe?
Sunday: OH has a half marathon in Chester so not sure what our plans are.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Looking at what we should be getting in the veg box it doesn't look like we will be having pasta with PSB, so as a change of plan (and to use up the massive organic chicken breasts we have had in freezer for about 18months:o) we are going to have a variation of this
Variations being-will only have regular mushrooms, and may serve with pappardelle rather than spuds.
May also end up having spicy duck ramen on friday instead of the retro curry, depending on veg box contents its probably a bit better for us than chip shop chips!0 -
