HI
I'm having a problem with a laptop when I start it everything seems fine and it loads the initial log in screen however when I enter my password it starts to load but never does it just sticks on "Welcome" If I start it in "Safe Mode" this doesn't happen.
Does anyone know of anything I can do or will I have to have it looked at by a specialist?
FYI I'm running windows vista home premium.
Thanks

Why dont you go into safe mode again and pick "last known configuration " Or system restore.
Mine usually sticks on the Welcome screen after Windows updates but i just go do something else and it loads up in the end.0
