I currently live in London Zone 4 and work in Zone 1. I have an Annual Travelcard which I purchased at Charing Cross overground station with the 5% discount for poor service on the South Eastern Trains network (so I paid £1200.80 out of the full value of £1264) ... I will shortly be moving to Zone 2 and will need to swap my existing ticket for a Zones 1-2 ticket. My new address is in the Southern Trains area, where the 5% discount is not currently applicable. The current cost of a Zones 1-2 ticket is £888. At the time when I exchange my ticket, my existing ticket will have nine clear months remaining on it ... Can anybody advise me on what the approximate value of my refund will be, after deduction of admin fees etc? ... Any advice would really be appreciated as the nice customer service lady at South Eastern Trains didn't have a blinking clue
