Help with Sending mms

Hi,

I have a samsung tocco ultra which was a vodafone contract phone, but i use my pay and go (o2) sim in it. I have been unable to send picture messages since i had it. I keep getting an error message everytime. I have rang o2 and reset my settings a lot of times. I have done everything o2 suggested. In the end they said that because the phone was originally a contract phone and it wasnt on o2 then that could be my problem. So i decided to try another sim (o2 again) which worked, but now I am getting the same error, even though i have a new sim.If the problem was with the phone settings etc, then surely it wouldn't of sent any pictures even if i changed my sim

Can anyone help?
