is 17k the cut off for wtc

im worried sick about my renewal hubby off sick half pay at mo
i quoted about £16800 for last yr income we have 3 kids
but i think its gonna be near £17700 so im worried sick if it over and have pay all wtc back
any advice be good ty:(

The overpayment won't be that much at all based on £900 i wouldn't have thought.

My advice stop worrying.

I think the OP is worried that they earnt a level where they should not have been entitled to any WTC so all of it would be classed as overpayment.

Sorry OP I don't know how this works, if there is a disregard or if it is black and white...hopefully someone will come along that can confirm and hopefully put your mind at ease
